AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW

Your purchase of any products from Embellecia will be subject to certain laws including the Australian Consumer Law. The Australian Consumer Law provides you with certain rights that cannot be excluded, including that the goods must be of acceptable quality, reasonably fit for the purpose that we represent they will be fit for, and that the goods will correspond with any relevant description. Nothing in these Terms shall be read or applied so as to exclude, restrict or modify or have the effect of excluding, restricting or modifying any condition, warranty, guarantee, right or remedy implied by law (including the Australian Consumer Law) which cannot by law be excluded, restricted or modified.

SHIPPING 

DOMESTIC - All Domestic orders will be dispatched within 24-48 hours of the next business day after you place your order using Australian Registered Post at a flat rate of $7.95 for Standard Shipping (2-7 Business days) or $11.95 for Express Shipping (1-3 Business days). All orders $100aud+ will receive free standard shipping Australia wide. When your order has been placed, a confirmation email will be sent to your nominated email address. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please check your 'junk' folder prior to emailing us at info@embellecia.com.

Once your parcel has been dispatched a unique tracking number will be sent to your nominated email address. You can track your parcel by clicking on the link provided in the email.

INTERNATIONAL - All International orders will be dispatched within 24-48 hours of the next business day after you place your order using DHL Express with an estimated delivery time frame of 2-8 Business days. Cost is limited to Location and is shown during the processing of your purchase.  

Within Australia, we can ship to a PO Box, but cannot ship to hotels. If you are shipping outside of Australia we cannot ship to PO Boxes or Hotels.

Embellecia advises that you indicate your daytime address for delivery purposes as all deliveries must be signed for. 

As applied above the delivery timeframe is an 'estimated' delivery timeframe. This is not a guarantee. Once your order has left our facility it is in the hands of our couriers we also advise to please allow additional time for delivery as we approach festive seasons and public holidays. 

INTERNATIONAL TAXES & DUTIES

When orders shipped internationally reach your country, they may be subject to customs charges and clearance procedures that can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates. 

International customers (outside Australia) are responsible to pay any applicable inbound duties, taxes and any other fees outlined by local Customs authority. 

All International packages are shipped DDU (Duties & Taxes unpaid), meaning these fees are not included in the price of products purchased from our website our prices are inclusive of Australian taxes only. It is your responsibility to pay these fees in order to receive your parcel. We are unable to advise the amounts of what these fee may be. If applicable at all, we recommend contacting your country's custom office for an estimated charges & rates on packages coming from overseas. Embellecia is not responsible for any duties or taxes on international orders, this must be covered by the customer. 

Shipments that are rejected by the receiver will result in the customer incurring redirection fees. In the instance that a shipment is rejected by the receiver, it is the customer’s responsibility to contact us to notify us of the situation.

CURRENCY CONVERSIONS
Currency conversions are estimates only and the total amount you are charged will depend on the exchange rate and processing fees your bank charges you. Your order total will display in AUD at checkout (even where you are using our currency converter to view prices in your local currency) and all order confirmation emails and invoices will display AUD. The conversion rate you are charged will be decided by your bank. While most exchange rate systems are very similar, we can’t guarantee the exchange rate we are using to display an approximate price to you on our site will be the same exchange rate that your bank uses when processing your transaction. 

PRE-ORDERS 

For all pre-orders, please note that the 'dispatch by' date is a guide only, and items can be shipped before or after this date.
If your order contains both in-stock & pre-order items, we will send your entire order when the final item arrives. If you wish to receive the in-stock items first, please place your order as separate orders.
