RETURNS & REFUNDS

Embellecia strives for top customer service and wants all customers to be satisfied with their purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you have the right to a full refund up to 30 days from your purchase. To start the return process please email us at info@embellecia.com. Once the return has been confirmed by us please return the purchase within 14 days (domestic orders) and 30 days (international orders) from the fulfilment date.  

Items must be returned in unworn or unused condition, in original packaging. Returns received in unsatisfactory conditions or lost in the shipping process (make sure you get a tracking number) will not be accepted and responsibility will be held by the customer. Once the returned products have arrived back to us, we will inspect them and process the refund within 48 hours. 

We do not cancel orders. Once your order is placed online it is final. If you require to change sizing or have misspelt your contact details, please contact info@embellecia.com If your order has already been shipped, Embellecia accepts no responsibility for incorrect details entered.

We understand that every garment and sizing is different. If the item you ordered isn’t the perfect fit and you meet the below exchange requirements, you are eligible for an exchange. 

The cost of return shipping for all returns and exchanges is at the customer's expense –this is non-refundable.

Please note: Embellecia reserves the right to not accept items for exchange or return that do not meet the below requirements. If your exchange or return is rejected, you will be notified by email.

Exchange requirements

Items must be in their original unworn and/or unused condition.

This includes: all tags attached, in the original condition received with original packaging, dust bags, designer cards/papers etc.
